Whilst Pennmoore is not a finance company, we can provide financial support to businesses within the consumer goods industry, particularly those who are expanding but perhaps lack financial resources.
How we do this?
In short, we finance the sales ledger. We are not a factor, instead we buy the sale from you and we, in turn, invoice your customer at your selling prices. We take a fixed and agreed small percentage of the sale as our margin.
You retain all the goodwill as our invoices will be endorsed with your name and address as our Principal, and carry a statement that explains our role as your service provider and you remain very much in charge of your own business.
This service is offered to companies who meet our criteria and in whose management we have confidence. The system calls for mutual trust and requires 100% integrity both sides, we can finance sales between £150k to £1 million per year per client: in some cases more.
We pay you for your sales and manage the sales ledger, We have already helped some businesses expand at a fast rate.
You retain full responsibility for all aspects of the marketing selling, and distribution of your products. We simply provide you with the finance from sales without your having to wait weeks for payment. We vet customer credit for you, set credit limits and keep you up to date with weekly aged debtors reports. This enables you to concentrate on sales.
This service comes with a number of flexibilities which we can tailor to the needs of your business, This service is offered on an exclusive and non-conflicting basis (i.e. we guarantee total confidentiality and won't provide this service to your competitors).
